Treatment
In order to achieve a perfect result, functional anatomy is important. Here, the entire tissue is assessed and marked in interaction with the musculature before the operation, both standing and in motion.
In principle, it is not important how much fat tissue but the right amount in the right place is removed.

Our specialist Dr. med. Christian Niehus has taken it upon himself to work in absolute perfection. To achieve this he mainly uses the very fine method "liposculpture" which requires a lot of experience.

Narcosis
We offer both local tumescent anaesthesia and sedation for this treatment.
Tumescent anesthesia
Dr. Niehus uses the self-developed triple-step infiltration©. With this practically painless method, we infiltrated anaesthetic and salt-water solution into the tissue to be treated. Therefore, these areas are completely conscious but painless.Sedation
If the treatment involves large areas, we recommend sedation. A further option is the tumescent anaesthesia, but you will sleep during the entire procedure.
Risks
The risks associated with this procedure are manageable. However, you should not underestimate liposuction/fat extraction. Expect bruises, temporary sensation disturbances and muscle aches and pains. It is imperative to plan the procedure well. After 3-4 days, you will be able to carry out again everyday work.
In order to obtain a perfect and natural result, it is important to leave enough fatty tissue.
follow-up treatment
- Resumption of work after 1-3 days - everyday life is not restricted
- First check after 7-10 days, further checks after 2,4 and 6 months
- Compression during the first 14 days day and night (not for showering)
- Showers from the 1st day on possible
- Compression in the 3rd week only during the daytime
- Compression in 4 weeks for sports only
- Sport as of 2 weeks after the treatment (no jogging)
- Start of dietary adjustment and weight loss (if discussed)
